Abstract: Inordertoimprovehighervocationalcollegestudents’learningability,1385studentswererandomlyselectedfrompublicandprivatehighervocationalcollegestoinvestigatetheirstatuswithregardtolearningmotivations,methods,scheduling,sesupervisionandlearningenvironmentintheformofaquestionnaire.Thesurveyshowedthatthesubjectsindeedpossessessignificantdeficiencies,especiallyintheirscheduling,timemanagement,andlearningresourcesutilizationThoughthey,asawhole,canmanagelearningwell.Studentsshouldbeinstructedtoimprovetheirautonomiclearningabilityintermsofcareerplanning,definitionoflearninggoals,cultivationoflearningmotivations,improvementoflearningefficiency,reformofteachingmodes,curriculumsystemperfecting,learningmethodsandskillstraining,cultivationofselfsupervisionability,buildingupandutilizationoflearningenvironment.
